Terms & Conditions for Back Beach Media Prize in conjunction with Teign Trades

1. Prize Details

The winner will receive a half-day (4-hour) videography/photography session provided by Back Beach Media.

The session can include product photography, client testimonials, or other business-related content, as agreed upon with Back Beach Media.

The prize also includes the resulting video / photos as edited and delivered by Back Beach Media.

The final video/photos will be provided in a digital format.

2. Rights & Usage

The winner will receive a license-free video/photos, meaning they can use the content for any business purpose without additional fees.

However, Back Beach Media retains all copyright and ownership of the footage, as is industry standard.

Back Beach Media reserves the right to use the footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Prize Conditions

The shoot must be scheduled within 3 months of the winner being announced.

The shoot must take place at a location agreed upon in advance.

Any additional time beyond the included 4-hour shoot and 4-hour edit will be charged at standard rates.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

Back Beach Media is not responsible for any external factors that may impact the scheduling or execution of the shoot.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to these terms and conditions.

Back Beach Media is solely responsible for delivering the videography/photography services as outlined above. The competition and winner selection are managed by Teign Trades.
